We have especially enjoyed the music. Here are a couple places we

Finding an apartment is probably the most difficult. Prices are outrageous and you need to know what neighborhood you
want to live in. Most important is networking! Good, rent controlled apartments are gone before the tenant even bubblewraps
his dishes. So let everyone know you're looking.
